Eligibility checklist

Referring another retailer to PayPoint?

  • Complete the referral form The retailer completing the referral must submit their referral via the form on this page
  • Only refer new retailers The retailer completing the referral must only refer retailers who are new to the PayPoint network. Retailers that are referred must not have, or be acquiring via change of ownership or legal status change, an existing site in the PayPoint retail network
  • Sign a Confirmation Form The retailer that is referred must sign a Confirmation Form for PayPoint One, PayPoint Mini and PPOS.
  • Referred retailer must have their PayPoint One terminal installed The retailer that is referred must have had their PayPoint One terminal installed and completed at least one transaction (that has not been cancelled or voided for any reason) within three months of entering into the Agreement

Can I be referred as a new PayPoint retailer?

  • New PayPoint retailer not be an existing site in the PayPoint retail network.
  • Sign a Confirmation Form for PayPoint Mini within one month of the submission of the Referral.
  • Have their PayPoint terminal installed and completed and at least one transaction (that has not been cancelled or voided for any reason) within three months of entering into the Agreement.

How the Referral Process Works

  • Eligibility Ensure you and the referred retailer are eligible for the offer as per the terms and conditions.
  • Complete form Complete the online referral form and PayPoint will review the request.
  • Approval Once approved and processed, a payment will be made equal to one month's service fee and appear on the Referee’s self-billing invoice as ‘Refer-a-Retailer’’.
