Top Tips
Scan parcels in as soon as you receive them. If you don’t scan it, it will delay customer collections and commission. If the barcode doesn’t scan, manually enter the number.
Make sure the parcel is not damaged – do not accept open or damaged parcels.
The StoreScan app will guide you if customer ID is needed.
Uncollected customer parcels will stay in the store until you scan them as “expired.” Doing this will create more space for new parcels.
